Last November, different wellbeing workshops were organised at Escola Martinet. All students from 3 years old to primary 6 were organised in mixed-age groups and participated in different activities where the main tasks were to learn how to relax and being able to spend some time reflecting and becoming aware of the importance of dedicating time for oneself.
